1. Introduction and Welcome

Welcome to the Utter Vision Portal. Please read these Agreement and Terms of Use (the “Terms”) carefully before using any services offered by the Portal. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you, the end-user (“you,” “your,” “the Applicant” or “the Representative”), and Utter Vision (“we,” “us,” or “the Portal”).

By accessing, browsing, registering, submitting information, uploading documents, scheduling biometric appointments, submitting visa applications for yourself or on behalf of others, or using immigration advisory services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Portal.

The purpose of the Utter Vision Portal is to provide a structured and simplified digital process for preparing and submitting visa applications, which includes answering immigration-related questions, uploading supporting documents, scheduling biometric appointments, submitting applications for yourself or individuals you are legally authorized to represent, and accessing guidance from immigration advisors.

Please note that Utter Vision is not a government authority. All final decisions regarding visa approvals rest solely with the respective immigration or government authorities.

2. Eligibility, Registration, and Account Responsibility

2.1. Eligibility: By using the Portal, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2.2. Account Registration: To access certain services, you must complete the registration process with accurate, complete, and current information. Any falsification, omission, or inaccuracy may result in rejection of your application or termination of your account.

2.3. Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Utter Vision shall not be liable for any damages arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your account.

2.4. Use on Behalf of Others: If you submit applications on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have obtained full and lawful consent and assume full responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of all submitted information and documents.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

3.1. The Portal may only be used for lawful purposes related to immigration and visa applications.

3.2. You agree not to:

• Share your account with unauthorized third parties,
• Upload false, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, or harmful information or documents,
• Interfere with the Portal’s functionality through hacking, malware, or unauthorized access,
• Use the Portal for any purpose other than the facilitation of immigration and visa-related services.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1. Payment Obligations: You agree to pay all applicable fees for services, government charges, biometric appointments, and advisory services.

4.2. Non-Refundable Policy: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all fees paid through the Portal are non-refundable, including but not limited to government fees, biometric fees, service charges, and advisory fees.

4.3. Visa Outcomes: Rejection, withdrawal, cancellation, or delay of any visa application does not entitle you to a refund.

4.4. Third-Party Payments: Utter Vision is not responsible for payment failures or issues caused by third-party systems or inaccurate information provided by you.

5. Submission of Documents and User Responsibility

5.1. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and completeness of all information and documents submitted through the Portal.

5.2. Utter Vision bears no liability for delays, rejections, or penalties arising from errors, omissions, or fraudulent submissions.

5.3. Corrections or amendments to submitted documents can only be made in accordance with the rules and timelines of the relevant immigration authority and are outside Utter Vision’s control.

6. Biometric Appointments

6.1. The Portal facilitates the scheduling of biometric appointments with the designated authorities.

6.2. Availability of dates and times is determined solely by the relevant immigration authority and is outside the control of Utter Vision.

6.3. Rescheduling, cancellations, or delays are subject to the rules of the relevant authority, and Utter Vision shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience.

7. Immigration Advisory Services

7.1. The Portal provides access to free consultations with immigration advisors.

7.2. All advice is for guidance purposes only and does not constitute legal representation or a guarantee of any immigration outcome.

7.3. The final decision regarding any visa application rests solely with the relevant immigration or government authority.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

8.1. Utter Vision makes no guarantee that any visa application will be approved, processed faster, or accepted by any authority.

8.2. Utter Vision shall not be held liable for any rejection, delay, financial loss, or damages arising from immigration decisions or changes in laws and regulations.

8.3. Utter Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, financial costs, or emotional distress.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1. Utter Vision reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without refund if you:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information,
• Share your account or misuse Portal content,
• Violate any provision of these Terms,
• Attempt to use the Portal after your account has been revoked or suspended.

9.2. Termination of your account results in forfeiture of any rights to refunds or continued access to services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by general enforceable legal principles. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Utter Vision Portal shall be resolved through competent legal or judicial authorities in accordance with applicable international or local laws.

11. Modifications to Terms

Utter Vision reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will become effective immediately upon posting on the Portal. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
