    2) Navigate to the "Support" or "Contact Us" section on our platform.
    3) Select the "Refund Request" option.
    4) Provide Details of your request, including the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.

    We are committed to processing refund requests promptly. Typically, refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date of your request. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the request.

  • Refund Methods:
    Refunds are typically issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction. If this is not possible, our support team will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
